Terms & Conditions – No Refund Policy
By booking an appointment and/or purchasing any products or services from Men’s Hair London, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for services, hair systems, deposits, and appointments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our business, all hair systems are custom ordered and/or prepared specifically for each client, and time slots are reserved exclusively for your appointment. For this reason, once payment has been made, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
2. Deposits & Advance Payments
Deposits and advance payments are required to secure appointments and hair system orders. These payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Appointment Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or appointment fee.
4. Missed Appointments / Late Arrivals
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-show”) will forfeit any payments made.
Clients arriving significantly late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
5. Hair System Orders
Once a hair system has been ordered, processed, or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or shipping companies.
6. Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide the highest standard of service. If you have any concerns regarding your service, these must be raised within 24 hours of your appointment so we can assess and attempt to resolve the issue where appropriate.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, placing an order, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
